台北市廉政透明委員會8日建議大巨蛋案應移送法務部辦理。台北市長柯文哲日前說，非常強調程序正義，要給當事人陳述機會，因總統馬英九有豁免權，所以大巨蛋案先從前北市財政局長、現任台灣證券交易所董事長李述德開始處理。
另外，台北市政風處也已於22日發文給李述德前來陳述意見。
